
Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook
This edition contains 500 recipes which I found to be very enjoyable and healthy for all occasions. It also included a new chapter on slow cooking which I really loved.The full-color pictures are very inviting. There are plenty of tips, advices and ideas for the new as well as experienced cooks. There are more selections on vegetarian and whole grain dishes. Recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are simple and easy to find. How-to-instructions and nutritional information are very helpful and informative. I tried some of the recipes and I enjoyed every bite of it! This book gets my 4 star ratings.
